Separately, Oren and Alon, along with their cousin Ohad Fisherman, have been charged with sexual battery in Florida for incidents involving three women in Miami in 2016, 2017, and 2021.

Miami-Dade County State Attorney Katherine Fernandez Rundle announced the charges at a joint news conference with the Miami Beach Police Department, according to reporting by the Miami Herald.

Federal prosecutors allege the Alexanders engaged in a decade-long operation to drug, sexually assault, and rape dozens of victims.

The FBI began its investigation after The Real Deal reported in June that two women had filed civil lawsuits earlier this year, accusing Oren and Alon of rape in incidents from 2010 and 2012.

Subsequently, three more women came forward with allegations.

In July, actor and comedian Renée Willett accused Oren of drugging and raping her in his SoHo apartment in 2015. New York prosecutors detailed a pattern of abuse by the brothers, who allegedly worked with both known and unknown collaborators to commit these crimes.
