Billionaire investor Ray Dalio, founder of the world’s largest hedge fund, Bridgewater Associates, has expressed concern that the 2024 U.S. presidential election could lead to significant political and social disorder.

He warned that internal migration within the U.S., based on political and moral values, is already happening and could worsen. He likened the current U.S. situation to the political instability in Europe between 1930 and 1945, which saw the rise of dictatorships.
