Launched in late 2022, this innovative mobile app-based store builder has quickly become the leading platform in the Philippines, enabling nearly 200,000 small and medium enterprises (SMEs) to manage and grow their businesses entirely online.

As a free business management app, Enstack empowers entrepreneurs to handle daily transactions seamlessly. It consolidates essential tools into one platform, allowing users to manage inventory, track orders, record income and expenses, and generate insightful reports.

With its omnichannel capabilities, the app enables SMEs to create e-commerce stores on mobile devices and share their store links with customers in just 10 minutes.

During her recent appearance at Kapihan sa Manila Bay, Macy Castillo, Enstack’s CEO and co-founder, shared her vision for the platform. Castillo, a seasoned e-commerce veteran who played a pivotal role in launching Shopee in the Philippines, emphasized Enstack’s mission to support Filipino SMEs in embracing digital tools.

“Only 16% of businesses in Southeast Asia, including the Philippines, have adopted digital solutions,” Castillo noted.

“With Enstack, we aim to bridge this gap, empowering entrepreneurs to expand their reach and compete on a global scale.”

Enstack’s impact extends beyond basic business operations.

The platform provides integrated payment and delivery solutions through partnerships with trusted names like J&T, Lalamove, and Grab, ensuring reliable transactions and customer satisfaction.

“We’ve covered the trust component by ensuring payments are held until items are delivered,” Castillo explained, reinforcing the platform's commitment to transparency and security.

In collaboration with the Department of Trade and Industry (DTI), Enstack is also championing compliance and excellence among its users. The app plans to introduce badges for DTI-registered businesses, promoting the Tatak Pinoy program and highlighting verified sellers.

Despite launching amid the challenges of the pandemic, Enstack has proven resilient and essential for the evolving SME landscape.

With features tailored to the unique needs of Filipino entrepreneurs, from cash-on-delivery options to same-day delivery integrations, Enstack is not just a tool—it's a catalyst for growth.

As Castillo aptly summarized, “Filipinos are inherently entrepreneurial, and with the right digital tools, they can achieve remarkable success. At Enstack, we’re here to make that possible.”
