Finance Department Recognized For Support To Contact Centers

The Department of Finance (DOF) was honored by the Contact Center Association of the Philippines (CCAP) for its support of the country’s information technology and business process management (IT-BPM) sector.

CCAP presented a commemorative plaque to the DOF to recognize its efforts to boost the industry’s growth and competitiveness. This aligns with CCAP’s “Philippines: The Heart of CX” campaign, which aims to position the country as a global leader in customer experience services.
