ST Telemedia Global Data Centres (STT GDC) Philippines has announced that its first phase of operations for the STT Fairview 1 data center is on track to launch in Q2 2025.

Once completed, the STT Fairview campus will be the largest data center in the Philippines, with a total IT capacity of 124 megawatts.
Designed to support the nation’s digital transformation and meet rising demands for AI workloads, the STT Fairview campus will be carrier-neutral, offering extensive connectivity options and incorporating advanced energy-efficient technologies for sustainable operations.
"We remain committed to delivering on our project timelines. Last year, we projected that STT Fairview would be ready in the first part of 2025, and we are on schedule to deliver the initial capacity by Q2 2025,” said STT GDC Philippines President and CEO Carlo Malana.
STT GDC Philippines is witnessing robust demand, reflecting strong market confidence and supporting its commitment to current and prospective customers.
According to the Department of Trade and Industry, AI is projected to contribute 12% (or about USD 92 billion) to the Philippines' GDP by 2030, with Statista forecasting the country's AI market to grow at a compound annual growth rate of 28.57%, reaching USD 3.5 billion by 2030.
