PH1 World Developers And Megawide Break Ground For Ortigas Hills Project

“Extraordinary” developer PH1 World Developers (PH1), and Megawide Construction Corp (“Megawide”) broke ground last Tuesday to signal the start of construction for the Ortigas Hills Project located in Taytay, Rizal.

The Ortigas Hills Project will consist of three mid-rise condominium buildings in a 16,470 sq m. property in Ortigas Extension, Brgy. San Isidro, Taytay, Rizal.

This is the company’s third offering following its flagship project, The Hive Residences, also located in Taytay, Rizal; and its first high-rise development, MyEnso Lofts, located in Timog Avenue, Quezon City.

Also present at the event was Megawide Chairman and CEO Edgar Saavedra.

With Megawide as PH1 World Developer’s “extraordinary” partner builder, its Ortigas Hills project is expected to utilize the engineering innovator’s proprietary precast technology, which will speed up the project construction while maintaining quality and efficiency.

The groundbreaking ceremony was also attended by Taytay Mayor Allan De Leon and Vice-Mayor Sophia Cabral, among other LGU and Megawide officials.
