The World’s Best Companies 2024 ranking is based on a detailed analysis that evaluates companies on three key dimensions: Employee Satisfaction, Revenue Growth, and Sustainability.

Employee satisfaction was assessed through surveys conducted in over 50 countries, gathering data from approximately 170,000 participants.

Companies with at least $100 million in revenue in 2023 were evaluated based on growth from 2021 to 2023. Sustainability was measured using Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) data from Statista’s ESG Database.
